Beautiful villa with 24/7 security and privileged location in the heart of the hotel zone, on the Nichupte lagoon and meters from the sea. Fully furnished and equipped, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, air conditioning, fans, wi-fi and 1 parking space*.
The house is located in the center of the hotel zone, close to the ferry to Isla Mujeres, beach, restaurants and other convenient stores. It belongs to a condominium of 12 houses very quiet with 24/7 security. It has a very nice pool, BBQ, gardens and a nice view to the Nichupté lagoon. 1 parking space. Security 24 hours.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, dining room, living room and a toilet on the first floor. The second floor has 2 bedrooms: each with two single beds and private bathroom. It also has a TV room. The second floor has a very large master bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with tub and shower. Finally, the third floor has a small bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Additionally, it has a laundry room and a terrace with a beautiful view of the hotel zone.
