About the Accommodation

Stunning beachfront studio with amazing oceanview and super location at the heart of Cancun hotel zone. Security, swimming pool , parking and direct access to the beach.

Beachfront studio with balcony located on the 5th floor (elevator) with 2 full beds plus a sofa bed. Equiped with a Coffee maker, mini-fridge and smart TV. The studio has a complete bathroom , WiFi and AC.

The condo- hotel offers to our guests 2 swimming pool with chairs , restaurant and beach access. Beach furniture: beds, lounge chairs and umbrellas are not included as they are provided by Beach Club Kane. You can access this service with minimal consumption: the cost varies by season but is around $30 per person per day, with food and drinks returned.

We include a general cleaning without extra cost in stays of 7 days or more.

- We offer an airport transfer service with extra cost.

- We provide some extra equipment for families with babies and kids.

- Check in is available after 3pm & Check out is until 12 pm. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in if availability allows. Please contact us for any doubt or more information about these points.

Neighbourhood

The apartment has the best location in Cancun, next to the famous nightlife, 5 minutes from Plaza La Isla and 15 minutes from the airport. Boulevard Kukulcán stretches across Cancún's central area, bordered by the Caribbean Sea and the Nichupté Lagoon. It's where you'll find the all-inclusive beachfront resorts, international restaurants, and relaxing sandy beaches. Shopping malls with luxury brands, while nightlife includes intimate bars to huge salsa clubs. It also has a lovely pathway, suitable for walking running and biking. The hotel zone is a very safe and clean area.

Transport

In front of the property passes the public transport that runs through the Hotel Zone and reaches the center of Cancun, where you will find local craft shops and businesses. The condo has private parking for guests.
