About the Accommodation

Stunning beachfront studio with amazing oceanview and super location at the heart of Cancun hotel zone. Security, swimming pool , parking and direct access to the beach.

Beachfront studio with balcony located on the 6th floor (elevator) with 2 queen beds. The kitchenette has all basic cooking utensils, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Nescafe coffee maker. The studio has WiFi, AC and a fan.

The condo- hotel offers to our guests 2 swimming pool with chairs , restaurant and beach access. Beach furniture: beds, lounge chairs and umbrellas are not included as they are provided by Beach Club Kane. You can access this service with minimal consumption: the cost varies by season but is around $30 per person per day, with food and drinks returned.

Neighbourhood

The apartment has the best location in Cancun, next to the famous nightlife, 5 minutes from Plaza La Isla and 15 minutes from the airport.

Kukulcan Boulevard stretches through the central area of Cancun, bordered by the Caribbean Sea and Nichupte Lagoon. This is where you'll find all-inclusive beachfront resorts, international restaurants and relaxing sandy beaches. Shopping malls with luxury brands, while nightlife includes intimate bars to huge salsa clubs.

It also has a beautiful walking trail, suitable for jogging and biking. The hotel zone is a very safe and clean area.

Transport

In front of the property, public transportation passes through the Hotel Zone to downtown Cancun, where you will find craft stores and local businesses. The condo has private parking for guests.
